THE STORY
Shortly before its inauguration, one of the Louvre’s most precious amulets mysteriously disappeared. Whoever says treasure… says covetousness. One of the Louvre’s security guards was caught trying to steal an amulet belonging to the collection of Egyptian Antiquities. She was caught on CCTV, a bag in her hand, but at the time of her arrest, she had nothing on her.
The thief got arrested the night before last, just after leaving the Louvre and since then she is in custody in the museum underground, but she still remains silent. She certainly thinks she’ll get the amulet back when she’ll get out of prison. What she doesn’t know is that the enchanted amulet may soon disappear.
Indeed, this amulet is bewitched. It is a lucky stone but anyone who gets it illegitimately runs the risk that it will disappear.
